With no existing patio in place and a wide open space to work with, the layout of the patio became a key component for this project. The house has very clean lines and square corners, so the patio was designed in a similar fashion.
Before the project began, a few different sizes and shapes of the patio were discussed with the homeowner. A proposal was then put together that contained a few different options to select from.
Excavation took place to prepare the area for the patio base.
Base material was added and compacted in lifts.
Unilock Brussels Block brick pavers were installed and polymeric sand was added to the joints. Fresh topsoil and seed spread along the edges to finish off the patio space.
