Brick Sitting Area & Walkway in New Berlin, WI

This homeowner was looking to enhance the curb appeal of their New Berlin home while also creating a space to sit out and enjoy the outdoors. The project began by removing all of the existing plants, mulch and stone walkways. Then a new Unilock Artline brick paver sitting area was created and new plants and mulch were installed around it. The landscape renovation was completed in just one day and the customer was out enjoying the space later that evening.

Our goal was to create a more functional sitting area to enjoy in the front yard and to refresh the surrounding landscape.

The existing sitting area was unusable, required a lot of maintenance, and had not been refreshed in years.

We added low maintenance plants and new mulch around the sitting area to help make it feel more welcoming.

The new sitting area is more functional and welcoming with a beautiful design that complements the style of this home in New Berlin.

Brick Patio with Black Inlay in Menomonee Falls, WI

Selecting the correct size, shape and location of a patio is an essential step in our process. We worked with this new homeowner to create a unique and functional space that matched the style of their newly constructed home.

New construction homes often leave us with a blank canvas to work with. We worked through the process of designing the patio with the homeowner until it was to their satisfaction.

To begin the project, the patio was painted out and plywood was put down to help protect the lawn from equipment. Next, equipment was brought in and construction commenced.

Unilock Brussels Block Pavers were installed and a contrasting Onyx Black inlay along the border as an extra touch. The majority of the patio was built on day one and some finishing touches were completed the following day.

Bluestone Patio Installation in Whitefish Bay, WI

Decks can have maintenance issues over time. Often, we take them out and install a new patio using longer lasting materials. In this project, we took out a worn out deck and installed a custom Bluestone patio.

The old deck was cramped, had rotten boards and was in disrepair. It was quickly cut up into pieces and hauled away. Excavation of the earth beneath the deck took place and the patio base was set.
